There is a cancellation fee if a client decides to cancel a service within 24 hours prior to the service.

Service Cancellation Fee equals two hours of service, per team member, that was assigned to that particular assignment.

Homestay Services (room & board) are processed twice a month “ if you are a college referral

monthly if you are a private referral or an Airbnb customer
