    1. Use vertical spaces effectively with shelves and pegboards.
    2. Establish zone centers (work / reference / supplies)
    3. Create binders for all large and important projects and categories
    4. Have a combination of open and closed storage system in your home office (i.e. a wall system with open shelving, some enclosed shelves, and some deep drawers.

      5. Color-Code your files: green for financials, / red for medical, orange for personal, yellow for insurance, blue for house matters.

      6. Have a mail-station

    7. Store like-items in containers for items that are not in drawers

    8. Use drawer dividers for everything you store in drawers

    9. Label everything (use a label maker to keep all writing even and neat)
